Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic (powdered)
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust (unbaked)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon basil (dried)
- 5 large tomatoes (peeled &sliced)
- 1 1/4 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Making:
- Preheat the oven at 375 F.
- Bake the pie crust in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and Basil in a bowl and mix it well. Spread this mixture over the tomato slices as well as on pie crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining mixture over the remaining tomato slices.
- Mix mayonnaise and cheese in a bowl and spread its mixture over pie as topping.
- Drag the temperature down to 350F and bake the pie for around 35 minutes.
