Ingredients:
- 2 cup cheddar cheese (Shredded)
- 1 ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 16-ounce sour cream
- 32-ounce hash brown potatoes (frozen)
- 10.75-ounce condensed cream of potato soup
- 8-ounce diced ham (cooked)
Making:
- Preheat the oven at 375F shower oil over the oven dish.
- Add hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup , sour cream and cheddar cheese and mix them well.
- Spread this mixture over the preheated dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it.
- Put it in the oven for around 60 minutes or until it shows a light brown color or bubbly.
- Serve the dish immediately to have a pure taste of the Casserole
- Use Aluminum foil for covering as it stops moisture and enhance the quality of cooking.
