Ingredients:
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 8-ounce bacon (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Siracha
- ½ cup sour cream
- 14.5 ounce tomatoes (diced)
- 12-ounce pasta (uncooked)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 8-ounce chicken breast (boneless)
- ½ cup chicken broth (low sodium)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
Making
- Initially, cook the pasta as directed by the makers or as instructions given on its packet.
- Cook bacon on medium heat until it starts fluffy and fat.
- Place chicken, garlic and onion with the bacon. Cook it for around 7 to 10 minutes,
- Make sure that the chicken after cooked is no longer pink and cooked evenly.
- Mix the diced tomatoes with Siracha and chicken broth. Add sour cream in this mixture and stir it properly.
- Bring this mixture to a keen boil and reduce the stove’s heat to low.
- Stir pasta and mozzarella cheese. Cover all the dish with cheese and the sauce.
- Remove from the stove and top it with parmesan cheese.
