CHICKEN BACON PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE

Hello, welcome to my new post in which I am going to show you the recipe for making Chicken Bacon Pasta with Tomato Sauce. This recipe is really simple.

So, let's get started with today's recipe!


Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 8-ounce bacon (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon Siracha
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 14.5 ounce tomatoes (diced)
  • 12-ounce pasta (uncooked)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 8-ounce chicken breast (boneless)
  • ½ cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Making

  • Initially, cook the pasta as directed by the makers or as instructions given on its packet.
  • Cook bacon on medium heat until it starts fluffy and fat.
  • Place chicken, garlic and onion with the bacon. Cook it for around 7 to 10 minutes,
  • Make sure that the chicken after cooked is no longer pink and cooked evenly.
  • Mix the diced tomatoes with Siracha and chicken broth. Add sour cream in this mixture and stir it properly.
  • Bring this mixture to a keen boil and reduce the stove’s heat to low.
  • Stir pasta and mozzarella cheese. Cover all the dish with cheese and the sauce.
  • Remove from the stove and top it with parmesan cheese.
  • Healthy and rich in taste chicken bacon pasta is ready to serve.

Tips:

  • Sour cream can be interchanged with heavy cream.
  • Remaining items can be Refrigerated for another use.
