Ingredients:
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tablespoon black olives (sliced)
- 1 spaghetti squash
- ¾ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Making:
- Preheat the Oven to 350F. grease over the baking sheet.
- On this baking sheet, put spaghetti squash with sides cut down.
- Bake it for around 30 minutes. Until it smoothen up or gets baked completely
- Remove the squash from the oven so that it can be cooled.
- In the mean time, take oil in skillet and heat it over medium heat. Cook and stir oil until tender. Add garlic and cook, stir unless it gives a pleasant fragrant, this may take around 2-3 minutes. Spread tomatoes over and again cook until tomatoes get warmed.
- Now take the stringy pulp out from the squash. Pour this pulp in a separate bowl.
- Top it up with feta cheese ,basil , olives and vegetables.
- Try to serve the dish as warm as possible for an outclass and majestic taste.
Tip:
- One can use aluminum foil in baking to have the best cooking experience as well as for ease in cleaning afterwards.
