Ingredients:
- 1 pound Portobello mushroom (diced)
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 onion (diced)
- 12-ounce penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra-virgin)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 15-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
- ½ pound Portobello mushrooms (diced)
- ½ cup Romano Cheese (Grated)
- 1 onion (diced)
- ½ cup cream
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1-pound medium shrimp (deveined & peeled)
- Cayenne pepper (as per taste)
- ¼ cup parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (as per taste)
Making:
- Boil salted water in a bowl. Add past in it and let it cooked for around 8-10 minutes.
- In the meantime, take melted butter and mix it with olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
- Stir this mixture with onion and heat it unless it becomes softened and clear. This may take around 2 minutes to happen.
- Put garlic, red pepper and mushroom in the mixture while stirring. cook this over medium heat to smoothen and soften the mixture. this may take around 2-3 minutes.
- Stir the shrimp until It becomes pink in color and firm in structure.
- Pour Alfredo sauce, cream and Romano cheese and stir it continuously until it becomes thick and hard. This may take around 5-6 minutes. Scatter cayenne, salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Stir drained pasta into the thickened sauce and spread chopped parsley over it.
- Delicious Shrimped Alfredo is ready to be served.
