Ingredients:
- One-Fourth cup of milk
- 3 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ flour (all purpose)
- 3 tablespoon butter(melted)
- 1 egg
Making:
- Pour flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl
- After this, add milk, egg and melted butter altogether in the above mixed powder and beat it unless a smooth spread is ready to be coated.
- Heat frying pan on a medium heat. Place the batter already made onto the pan.
- Approximately ¼ cup of the batter is enough for each pancake.
- Make sure to make it brown on the both sides to have a perfect pancake.

- You can use aluminum foil to avid moisture and enhance the quality if the taste.
