Chicken with Fire Roasted Tomatoes Recipe

Want a hype in your dinner today? Then this post is for you! Just try it and you will be surprised by its super soothing TASTE. Welcome to my new post in which I am going to tell you the extremely yummy and easy recipe to make Chicken using fire roasted tomatoes.



This recipe is for 6 serves:

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken breast (6 pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • A can of drained chopped fire roasted tomatoes.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • One-Fourth cup of chopped onions
  • A small package of mushrooms, clean and slice them into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic (fresh)
  • Diced and drained marinated artichokes (A small jar)

MAKINGS:
  • Firstly, preheat your oven to 350 F.
  • Then combine and make a mixture of Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and Italian seasoning.
  • Wash the breast pieces well and dry them with tissue.
  • After it, coat breast pieces with the mixture.
  • Add all other remaining ingredients (artichokes, garlic, fire roasted tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms)
  • Lastly, bake them for 50-60 minutes in the preheated oven at 350 F.
TIP:
  • If you are using boneless pieces then bake for less than 50 minutes (around 40 minutes).

Healthy Tomato Pie Recipe

Hello, welcome to my new post in which I am going to tell you how to make a tomato pie.



So, let's get to the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic (powdered)
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust (unbaked)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon basil (dried)
  • 5 large tomatoes (peeled &sliced)
  • 1 1/4 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Making:

  • Preheat the oven at 375 F.
  • Bake the pie crust in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Take tomato slices and cover the base of the crust with it.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and Basil in a bowl and mix it well. Spread this mixture over the tomato slices as well as on pie crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mixture over the remaining tomato slices.
  • Mix mayonnaise and cheese in a bowl and spread its mixture over pie as topping.
  •  Drag the temperature down to 350F and bake the pie for around 35 minutes.
  • Delicious and attractive tomato pie is ready to beat the taste you ever experienced.

Amazing Bang Bang Chicken Recipe

Hello, welcome to my new post in which I am going to show you the recipe to make delicious Bang Bang Chicken. This recipe is really really Amazing. You should try this recipe at least once!

So, let's jump right into the recipe:



 This recipe is for 2 serves:

Ingredients:


  • 250 grams of poached chicken breast, shredded
  • Cucumber, cut in half lengthways, de-seeded and sliced into long.
  • 100 grams of Vermicelli mung bean noodles, soaked in hot water for 5-6 minutes and drained.
  • 40 gram sliced
  • 40 grams peeled and long sliced carrot.
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSINGS:
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of groundnut oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter.
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly grated root ginger.
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini blended with 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of Chinese black rice vinegar.
  • Half tablespoon of ground Sichuan peppercorns.
  • Half tablespoon of chilli flakes, dried.
FOR GARNISH:
  • A de-seed and chopped red chilli.
  • 1 large spring onion, finely sliced lengthways toasted black and white sesame seeds.

Instructions:

  • Layer the chicken, cucumber, radish and carrot on top, then chill.
  • Before serving, place all ingredients for dressing into a blender and whizz to combine. Drizzle the dressing over the dish, then sprinkle with the fresh chilli, spring onion and toasted sesame seeds. Serve them as soon as possible as they will be ready.

Easy Baked Salmon Recipe

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
  • 1 salmon filet
  • Half cup salted butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 8 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
  • Firstly, heat oven to 375 degrees. place a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put the salmon in the middle of the foil.
  • Now, in a glass measuring cup, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and dill. Mix them well together.
  • Then, pour butter mixture onto salmon. Pull the sides and ends of the aluminum foil up and pinch together. You should cover salmon completely.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Honey Sausage Breakfast Buns Recipe

Hello! Welcome to my new post in which I am going to show you the recipe to make your breakfast different and tasty. This will be very delicious and easy to make.

So, let's jump right in:


INGREDIENTS:

For honey glaze:
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 sugar (either)
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ¼ cup butter
For buns:
  • 1-pound breakfast sausage
  • Salt & pepper (as per taste)
  • Scallions (chopped)
  • 1-2 tablespoon oil
  • 1-pound pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cheddar cheese

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F and scatter oil over the oven’s dish.
  • Take sugar, honey, mustard powder and beaten butter in a bowl and mix them well.
  • Take a skillet and pour some oil over it and cook sausages. Make sure to have brown sausages after cooking.
  • Unroll the pizza dough leaving around half inch border.
  • Spread ¼ cup of the glaze, ½ cup cheese add sausages.
  • After adding sausages, add another ½ cup of cheese.
  • Roll the pizza dough again. Make sure the filling is sprinkled evenly in the roll.
  • Let it cool for around 5-8 minutes in the freezer before cutting.
  • Cut them into ½ inch pieces.
  • Make a proper of coat of the glaze over the pan and then top them up with buns.
  • Cut them side down.
  • Cover it with a foil or another baking sheet for and bake for around 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the baked dish with cheese (as per taste).
  • Let it get a bit cooled before serve.

Pumpkin Spice Pudding Cookies

Hello! Welcome to my this post in which I am going to tell you the recipe for Pumpkin Spice Pudding Cookies. It was more tastier as i thought when i tried them. Hope you will find this post helpful!

So, let's get started!



Servings:

14 cookies, if cookies scoop is of 1 tablespoon paste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup pumpkin spice peanut butter
  • 3.4-ounce vanilla pudding (instant)
  • Orange sparklers (as per taste)

Direction:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Pour spice peanut butter, vanilla pudding, pumpkin spice and egg in a bowl and mix them all together to get a paste.
  • Take a cookie scoop (as per your desired size) to form balls.
  • Roll them over the orange sparklers if you like.
  • Place made cookies with silicon baking mat.
  • Have a fork for gashing the cookies so that they can be cooked thoroughly.
  • Bake the cookies at 350 F for around 12-15 minutes.

Tip:

  • If spice peanut butter is not available, you can use creamy peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice combined.

Lemon Bars Recipe

Hello! welcome to my this post in which I am going to make you know how to make Delicious Lemon Bars.

So, let's get started with it:


Servings:

8 bars.

Ingredients:

  • For Lemon Topping
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup xylitol (powdered)
  • 2 teaspoon Stevita Spoonable stevia
  • ¼ cup almond flour (grinded)
  • ½ cup lemon juice
For Crust:
  •  2 tablespoon butter (unsalted, melted)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon xylitol (powdered)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven at 350F. take an 8-inch square baking dish containing unbleached paper.
  • For crust, mix powdered xylitol, sea salt and almond flour in a bowl. Add vanilla extract, butter and coconut oil and stir this to get a mixture of it in a separate bowl. Stir, until it gets dry and mixed and dissolved in each other completely.
  • Coat this dry dough type mixture over the baking dish and bake it for around 15 to 17 minutes. Make sure to have a golden color after bake.
  • For the lemon topping, meanwhile, take almond flour,eggs, ,lemon juice, stvia powdered xylitol and pour them in a blender. Blend them moderately to have a smooth spread.
  • After the crust has baked, pour this spread over the baked crust.
  • Put it back to the oven again and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes more at the same heat.
  • Make sure that the edges are turned to golden after the bake.
  • Let it get cooled for 30 minutes then refrigerate it after it gets to a normal temperature for around 120 minutes.
  • Garnish the cool dish with remaining powdered xylitol (if desired)
  • Cut into bars and serve

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Squirt lemon juice
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ Parmesan cheese(grated)
  • 2-3 tablespoon basil pesto 
Making:
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend them until they get a creamy texture.
  • If you don’t want it to be thick, I will recommend you to use little bit water
  • Only use 2 tablespoons of basil pesto at the start and add more if needed.
Tips:
  • You can use it with chicken for flavor and taste.
  • It can also be used as a dip with crackers, pita breads, or veggies.
  • I have used it with pizza and it gave me a soothing taste. So you can use it with pizza.
  • Can be used as a spread with sandwich.
  • It’s very great with any type of toasts.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan Recipe

So let's get started with this recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 12-ounces pasta sauce
  • 6 chicken breast halves (boneless)
  • 6 slice Monterey jack cheese
  • 7-ounces bread crumbs (seasoned)

Making:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F for better cooking experience and great taste.
  • Mix the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. Coat the chicken pieces with egg (by dipping) and roll it over with the mixture made. Make sure, there is a layer of cheese and crumbs over pieces.
  • Heat oil in a medium sized skillet. Pour those pieces and sauce in that skillet for around 8-10 minutes each side. Make sure of cooking it unless chicken becomes golden and the juices run clear.
  • Add tomato sauce into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Then add chicken having Monterey jack cheese over each piece in a preheated oven for around 20 minutes. Make sure that the cheese has been completely melted after the cooking process.

Spaghetti Squash Recipe

Hello! welcome to my new post in which I am going to show you how to make Spaghetti Squash.

So, let's get started:



Ingredients:

  •  1 onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoon black olives (sliced)
  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • ¾ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Making:

  • Preheat the Oven to 350F. grease over the baking sheet.
  • On this baking sheet, put spaghetti squash with sides cut down.
  • Bake it for around 30 minutes. Until it smoothen up or gets baked completely
  • Remove the squash from the oven so that it can be cooled.
  • In the mean time, take oil in skillet and heat it over medium heat. Cook and stir oil until tender. Add garlic and cook, stir unless it gives a pleasant fragrant, this may take around 2-3 minutes. Spread tomatoes over and again cook until tomatoes get warmed.
  • Now take the stringy pulp out from the squash. Pour this pulp in a separate bowl.
  • Top it up with feta cheese ,basil , olives and vegetables.
  • Try to serve the dish as warm as possible for an outclass and majestic taste.

CHICKEN BACON PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE

So, let's get started with today's recipe!


Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 8-ounce bacon (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon Siracha
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 14.5 ounce tomatoes (diced)
  • 12-ounce pasta (uncooked)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 8-ounce chicken breast (boneless)
  • ½ cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Making

  • Initially, cook the pasta as directed by the makers or as instructions given on its packet.
  • Cook bacon on medium heat until it starts fluffy and fat.
  • Place chicken, garlic and onion with the bacon. Cook it for around 7 to 10 minutes,
  • Make sure that the chicken after cooked is no longer pink and cooked evenly.
  • Mix the diced tomatoes with Siracha and chicken broth. Add sour cream in this mixture and stir it properly.
  • Bring this mixture to a keen boil and reduce the stove’s heat to low.
  • Stir pasta and mozzarella cheese. Cover all the dish with cheese and the sauce.
  • Remove from the stove and top it with parmesan cheese.
  • Healthy and rich in taste chicken bacon pasta is ready to serve.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

So, let's get started....



Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Portobello mushroom (diced)
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 12-ounce penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra-virgin)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 15-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
  • ½ pound Portobello mushrooms (diced)
  • ½ cup Romano Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1-pound medium shrimp (deveined & peeled)
  • Cayenne pepper (as per taste)
  • ¼ cup parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (as per taste)

Making:

  • Boil salted water in a bowl. Add past in it and let it cooked for around 8-10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, take melted butter and mix it with olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
  • Stir this mixture with onion and heat it unless it becomes softened and clear. This may take around 2 minutes to happen.
  • Put garlic, red pepper and mushroom in the mixture while stirring. cook this over medium heat to smoothen and soften the mixture. this may take around 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir the shrimp until It becomes pink in color and firm in structure.
  • Pour Alfredo sauce, cream and Romano cheese and stir it continuously until it becomes thick and hard. This may take around 5-6 minutes. Scatter cayenne, salt and pepper as per your taste.
  • Stir drained pasta into the thickened sauce and spread chopped parsley over it.
  • Delicious Shrimped Alfredo is ready to be served.

Yummy, Healthy and Fast Pancakes Recipe

Hello, welcome to my new post in which I am going to show you the recipe for Pancakes. They are really simple and easy to make. For me, They have the most soothing taste than any other food!

So, now let's start this:


Ingredients:

  • One-Fourth cup of milk
  • 3 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ flour (all purpose)
  • 3 tablespoon butter(melted)
  • 1 egg

Making:

  • Pour flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl
  • After this, add milk, egg and melted butter altogether in the above mixed powder and beat it unless a smooth spread is ready to be coated.
  • Heat frying pan on a medium heat. Place the batter already made onto the pan.
  • Approximately ¼ cup of the batter is enough for each pancake.
  • Make sure to make it brown on the both sides to have a perfect pancake.

Green Bean Casserole Recipe

Hello welcome to my new post in which I am going to make you know how to cook Green Bean Casserole. Its taste is really amazing and very soothing as well.



Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Stick butter
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup onions (diced)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4)
  • Pinch House Seasoning (recipe includes)
  • ½ cup fresh mushroom (Sliced)
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar
  • 1 (2.8 OUNCE) can onion rings (fried)
  • 2 cups green beans (sliced)
(House Seasoning)
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • 1 cup salt
  • ¼ cup black pepper
Mix all the aforementioned ingredients and store them in an airtight jar for 6 months to have the best seasoning taste.

Making:
  • Pre heat the oven at 350F.
  • Pour butter on the skillet and let it melt. Coat the onions and mushrooms with butter and boil green beans in chicken broth for around 10 minutes. Drain them up after boiling.
  • Mix green beans, mushroom soup, onion rings and House Seasoning (as per taste) with the onion mixture.
  • Stir the mixture well, after stirring pour it into 1 ½ greased quart baking dish
  • Bake it for around 20 minutes. After baking, it ready to be topped up with cheddar and bake it again after the toppings for around 10 minutes.
  • Make sure the casserole is hot and cheese is melted after the last bake.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

  •  2 cup cheddar cheese (Shredded)
  •  1 ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  •  16-ounce sour cream
  •  32-ounce hash brown potatoes (frozen)
  •  10.75-ounce condensed cream of potato soup
  •  8-ounce diced ham (cooked)

Making:

Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie Recipe

Hello, welcome to my new post in which I am going to tell you how to make this yummy Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie.

So, now let’s get started!


(Recipe is for 10 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 2 can Cinnamon Roll
  • ½ cup (100gm) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 5 granny smith apples (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Making:

  • Preheat the oven at 350F shower oil over the oven dish.
  • Cut the apples into small pieces after peeling them off. Place them in a separate bowl.
  • Mix sugar with cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir the mixture.
  • Cut the cinnamon for mixing it with flour until a thin mixture is made.
  • Make a bottom yummy layer of these cinnamon rolls on the dish.
  • Place apple slices over the above made layer and put another layer of cinnamons over this apple layer. Make sure layers do not have holes or uneven spaces between them.
  • Take aluminum foil and cover the dish and bake it for around 35 minutes.
  • After this baking process, bake another time but this time remove the foil off the dish. This baking should be done around 10 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool down over a wire rack and drizzle it with icing over there. Delicious and tasty apple pie is ready to be served and will surely result in a mouthwatering lunch.

Classic Grilled Cheese Hot Dog Recipe

Hello, welcome to my new post in which I am going to show you the recipe for Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs.

So, now let’s get to the point:



Ingredients:
  • 2 Kraft singles (cut diagonally)
  • 1 hot dog
  • 1 teaspoon Butter/ margarine (softened)
  • 1 OSCAR MYAER Wiener
Making:
  • Preheat the skillet on medium heat. Partially cut the wiener in half lengthwise, with care so that it would not affect the other side of it.
  • Add the wiener in the preheated skillet and cook unless it becomes golden brown on both sides.
  • Cut the buns into half and place 2 single pieces on bottom half of bun, top it with wiener and the remaining singles pieces. Enclose the filling with bun. Spread the sandwich with butter.
  • Cook unless the singles get melted up or turn into golden brown on both sides.
Tips:
  • Make its combination with fresh fruit and fat-free milk to take a great taste out.
  • Tomato ketchup or yellow mustard is an add on as a taste multiplier.

Cheesy French Onion Chicken

So, now let’s get started!



(Recipe is for 6 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon parsley (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt , pepper (to taste)
  • 6 chicken thighs(boneless)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic(minced)
  • 6 large onions (thinly sliced)
  • toasted and sliced bread (to serve)
  • 1 cup (235 ml) beef stock
  • 2 cups (200 g) gruyère cheese,(shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Making:

  • Mix salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and olive oil with chicken thighs and toss this mixture until it gets smooth for even coating.
  • Soar chicken in the skillet on medium heat until it gets golden brown. It will take around 4 minutes. Do the same for the other side for 2 minutes. Remove the chicken and place it in a different plate or bowl.
  • Now, preheat the oven to broil.
  • Pour butter, sliced onions, salt, and pepper in the same pan, stir it to make a soft and smoothie mixture. Now reduce oven’s temperature for the purpose of cooking until it get caramelized. This can take around an hour.
  • Add Thyme and beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer
  • Place the chicken over the onions and shower Gruyere cheese.
  • Heat it for around 5 minutes and make sure the cheese has been melted and become golden brown
  • Serve the cooked chicken with bread and have the best taste.

  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 1 ¾ cups flour (all-purpose)
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 ½ cups cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 5 1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Making:
  • Preheat oven at 350F. Take 2 9 inches’ cake pans and shower them with grease and flour
  • Use upper set of ingredients to make the cake. Make a mixture of sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt by stirring. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and mix this mixture separately in electric mixer. Stir this mixture and pour it evenly in the two cake pans
  • Pre heat the oven and then put these two pans in the oven for around 30-35 minutes until it gets completely baked i.e. a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Make sure it is cooled after baked on a wire rack for around 10 minutes.
  • For frosting, other set of ingredients listed above are used and mixed together. Make sure that the butter is creamed until it gets light and fluffy. Stir this with cocoa and confectioners’ sugar simultaneously with milk and vanilla. Beat it till it looks more than a spread like smooth structure.
  • The cake held for cooling is then halved and split into two layers horizontally, cover the top layer with frosting made earlier and stack two layers onto a serving plate for an attractive serve. Frost the outside of the cake as well.
Tip:

You can use aluminum foil for avoiding moisturizing and for cleaning easily.

So, let’s jump right in!



Ingredients:
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 2 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
  • 2 avocados (cut into wedges)
  • Lime wedge (for serving)
(Dipping Sauce)
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 table spoon coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven at 240C or 220 fan-forced. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place eggs and breadcrumbs in a different shallow plates and coat avocado firstly with egg then with breadcrumbs. Place them side by side in another tray. Use cooking oil as a liquor for the baking purposes and garnish salt and pepper over them. Bake it unless it becomes golden in color or crispy. This will may take around 10-12 minutes.
  • After holding the tray for bake, make a dipping sauce by combining al the ingredients listed above
  • Time of serving has come and serve the crispy chips with sauce and lime wedges to extract the Best taste.

Hello welcome to my new post in which I am going to show you the recipe for yummy Ruggles Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake. This cake is really especial mouthwatering as it looks.



Ingredients:

(Crust Ingredients)
  • 5 cups of crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 chopped roasted peanuts
  • 5 cup melted butter
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. softened cream cheese
  • 5 eggs (room temperature)
  • 5 cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (Smooth)
  • 5 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Small pieced Reese’s Peanut Butter cup
(Ingredients for Topping)
  • 3 ounces’ Sour cream
  • 5 cup sugar
Makings:
  1. (Crust making)
  • For making crust, Oreo cookies are combined with peanuts in a food processor with melted butter.
  • Slightly stroke this mixture in a 10-inch spring form pan and make sure the mixture is completely mixed and smooth.
  1. (For Filling)
  • Pour cream cheese in electric mixture and beat it till the mixture gets smooth.
  • Add eggs simultaneously making sure each egg is mixed in the mixture well.
  • Make another mixture of sugar, peanut butter and cream and beat it till it gets smooth.
  • Stir this mixture in vanilla and fold it in a peanut butter small pieces with a rubber spatula.
  • Now amalgamate crust with this filling.
  • The crust made in a spring form pan is then placed in a bigger baking pan.
  • Fill this bigger pan with hot water to 1-inch of the spring form pan.
  • Now bake this at 275F for 60 to 90 minutes or until it gets firm and light brown.
  1. (For Topping)
  • Make a mixture of sour cream with sugar and scatter it on the cheesecake.
  • Put it back to the oven for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes. Remove it back and allow it to cool for an hour on a wire rack.
  • Refrigerate it for at least 4 hours to make it a delicious and tasty CHEESE CAKE.
 Tip:
  • You can use Knife at the end to remove the sticky cake’s fudge from the pan.

CHICKEN ALFREDO BURGER RECIPE

Hello, welcome to this post in which I am going to show the recipe to prepare delicious Chicken Alfredo Burger.



Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ lb. ground chicken
  • ½ c. Italian breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic. Minced and divided
  • ¼ c. parsley (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour (all purpose)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. parmesan and shavings for burger’s topping
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese.
  • 4 buns
  • ½ c. baby spinach
  • ¼ c, dried tomatoes
Making:

  1. (For burger patties)
  • Combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, half garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning with salt and pepper. Make 4 patties out of this mixture.
  • Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet, and then add patties made earlier, cook them until they look like golden from both side, each side will take around 4-5 minutes. Shift the patties onto a separate plate.
  1. (For Sauce)
  • Melt the butter by putting it in the skillet. Add the remaining half of the garlic and cook until fragrant. This will be done in around 60-70 secs. Add flour and whisk until combined. After it is combined add milk and bring this into a simmer. Parmesan and cream cheese is mixed and held until it gets melt. Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Return the burgers to skillet and simmer them in sauce made earlier. Spoon it over the patties to completely cover them with the coat.
  • The freshly made patties are ready to be placed on the buns. After this, Buns are ready to be topped up with baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan. This sums up the delicious and mouthwatering recipe of the chicken Alfredo burger.

Ingredients:
  • 1 large white chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • One-Fourth cup of Olive Oil
  • 2 diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 can corn pack(10 Ounce)
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Half cup white wine
  • 4 sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic

Instructions:
  1. Cook it according to package instruction.

Delicious Chicken Zigni berbere Recipe:



Hello! Welcome to my new post in which I am going to tell you how to make this delicious chicken Zigni Berbere.

So,

Now just get toward the topic!

This recipe is for almost every person. Berbere is a very popular spice that is used in this tasty and spicy dish. I have personally tried this and it was a delightful experience for me.

So let’s just jump straight into recipe (INGREDIENTS, DIRECTIONS, and TIPS)

Note: This recipe is for 4 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1kg British free-range skinless and boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes

  2. 2 x 400g tins plum tomatoes

  3. 4 garlic cloves, crushed

  4. 2 beef stock cubes

  5. 2 large onions, chopped

  6. Eritrean injera flatbreads (or regular flatbreads) or rice and a green salad to serve

  7. 1 table spoon tomato paste

  8. 50ml vegetable oil

  9. Bunch fresh coriander, roughly chopped, plus extra to serve

  10. Lemon wedges to serve

  11. 125ml dry red wine (optional)

Ingredients for pepper blend:

  • Half tablespoon ground cardamom

  • Half table spoon ground coriander

  • One-Fourth table spoon ground cloves

  • Half table spoon fine sea salt

  • One-Fourth table spoon ground allspice

  • 1 table spoon each ground ginger, fenugreek and black pepper

  • Pinch ground cinnamon

  • 1 table spoon mild paprika

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a large pan, heat oil in it. Add the onions and fry for 5 minutes until starting to change colour. Then add the garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes more or until the onions changes their colour to golden.

  2. Mix the berbere ingredients in a bowl and set aside (or do as instructed in tips section). Add the chicken to the onions and fry, turning, until starting to change colour. Add the remaining ingredients, including the berbere blend, and simmer gently until the meat is tender (for one or 1 and a half hours).



TIPS:

  • You can buy Bart berbere blend from market.

  • First cover and then cool it for up to 2days or freeze for up to 1 month. Defrost, then heat.

So, let’s get started with our amazing recipe!

I was just wondering for a fast and easy appetizers that I can serve a large crowd for months. Actually I do not like the concept of wasting important time on a recipe which does not do good being on the counter all the day, and requires to be kept warm or cold but you don’t want to do that as you want to enjoy the time. It is essential to have an appetizer or dish that travels well when you’re not the host

The two reasons for which I like them are that:
  1. They are extremely healthy and are very delicious as it looks.
  2. They are handy and perfect for a huge crowd as I mentioned above.

This was my opinion, now it’s your turn to check out this delicious thing and tell me in the comments.

(This recipe is for approximately 50 mini skewers. Adjust to your need)
                                                  

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (6 ounce) can of olives (green, black, pimiento stuffed, kalamata, or mix– as you like)
  • About 50 cubes of sharp white cheddar.
  • Almost 50 salami slices (usually 2 little packages)
  • 1 (8-9 ounce) package of refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • Toothpicks
  • 1 bottle of your favorite salad(I used Italian) dressing
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cook the tortellini for 4 minutes in accordance with package directions. You are not referred to cook for more than 4 minutes! They shouldn’t be much soft as they will fall apart if they’re too soft.
  2. After this, unload water and cool the tortellini on the counter for approximately 10 minutes before putting them in a large bowl. Put the Italian dressing in with the tortellini, and let them free for just 2 hours, you can also left them for all night if you want in the refrigerator.
  3. On each and every toothpick, thread the marinated tortellini, cheese slices, salami, and olives depend on your choice.
  4. Serve these delicious skewers.

TIPS:
  • This can also be made for a cold pasta salad! Just mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl. You can also add things like red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts parmesan cheese. Slice the salami into little pieces.
  • Always get Mozzarella as it is good for this recipe. People have reported that there cheese does not set well and falls apart. So always buy Mozzarella for this.
  • For vegetarians, you can make skewers without the salami.
  • For adults, a spicy salami would be the best choice!

Hello! Welcome to my first post in which I am going to tell you how to make 3 ingredients healthy chocolate cookies. These cookies are very tasty and healthy as well.
So,
Now just jump right in!

It was that day when I tried to make cookies that are tastier, healthier and easy to make.So I just started to try these cookies. I was very happy with the result as they were perfectly all set.

So, without wasting time let’s get started;

Note: This recipe is for 15 cookies

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup of quick oats (if you are sensitive then you should use gluten free oats)
  • 2 Extremely ripened large size bananas
  • 2 small table spoons of cacao(not sweetened)
  • Optional mix-ins of your choice (diced raspberries, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, raisins, flax seed, vanilla, dried cranberries, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. First of all heat your oven to 350 degrees before putting cookies in oven and place a baking sheet with non-stick foil paper.
  2. Mash both bananas in a bowl, and then mix in up to 2 table spoons of cacao powder and 1 cup of oats until a cookiedough-like mixture will be formed. The mixture will look dry, but after a few minutes of mixing it will turn into a delightful texture.
  3. Use the mix-ins you want to try.
  4. Place clumps of your cookie dough batter carefully and evenly on your baking sheet. Arrange their shapes with your hands to form cookie shapes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Like all other cookies, it would be great if they are served warm, but if you want to store them for later then you are referred to use a Tupperware container or ziplock bag.

TIPS:
  • These can also be made without the cacao powder which makes the recipe more versatile and adaptable (white chocolate cranberry, etc.).
  • Rub coconut oil on your fingers before shaping your cookies to avert them from gluing to your fingers.
